$634k crosswalk

The raised crosswalk that went up on the 3200 block of Chestnut was actually really expensive! $634,408.50 total, including not just asphalt for the raised crosswalk, but items like sewer work, traffic signal support ($40k), inspection facilities ($67k). This was a PennDOT project because Chestnut is a state road. Maybe the City could do this cheaper.
