Update with unredacted records (Philadelphia’s RAISE Grant Applications - North Philly School Zones and Eakins Oval)

In August I did a post about the City’s RAISE grant applications. https://www.meganshannonrtk.com/blog/philadelphias-raise-grant-applications-north-philly-school-zones-and-eakins-oval. The City produced copies of their grant applications with the line items in the proposed budget redacted. Because there is no proper basis to redact that, I filed an appeal to the Office of Open Records. And I won! In accordance with the OOR’s Final Determination, the City finally produced unredacted copies of the grant applications, so I get to look at the proposed budgets the Streets Department came up with. Here is how they proposed spending $29 million to do traffic safety at 6 schools (the grant they actually won), and the proposal for traffic safety at Eakins oval (in the grant they didn’t get).
